Depend

Depend is a fully functional software package for Central Securities Depositories based on .NET offering many connectivity options to service users and providers.  Both wholesale and retail model CSD models are supported and the GUI interface allows easy access by all roles of user to the core business functions; all functions for central registry and corporate events operations are supported.  Configuration options allow Depend’s behaviour to be tailored to suit every user and PSL provides a customisation, data migration, and integration service to suit every client.

Regard

Regard is a software package for Register & Transfer Agents and can operate in a dematerialised, physical or hybrid environment; a Crest interface is available.  Regard provides the same wide functional scope as the registry module of the Depend product and can be implemented as an in-house registry system or as a core system for a service bureau.
