Profit Sharing Scheme
An annual bonus currently paid in two instalments - May and November. This is a set percentage of the company profit allocated according to salary and service.
Pension Scheme
Upon joining you are given the option of either having Trayport contribute 6% on top of your salary to a pension fund of your choice or taking a 5% salary uplift.
Healthcare Scheme
The company will pay for you to join a private health scheme, and you can choose to add family members at reduced rates.
Holiday
You can take 25 days per annum pro rata, plus English Bank/Public Holidays, and unpaid leave on request.
Placement Referral Scheme
If you successfully introduce a new staff member to Trayport you will be entitled to a referral award, currently £2,000.
Gym Membership
Trayport will pay for your membership of our local gym.
“Work from Home” Resources
You will be entitled to receive a brand new desktop computer and we will pay the cost of a broadband connection.
“Cycle to Work” Scheme
As part of a government scheme, you may purchase a bike up to the value of £1,000, with costs taken monthly out of your gross salary - reducing the amount of Tax and NI paid.
