Profit Sharing Scheme
An annual bonus currently paid in two instalments - May and November. This is a set percentage of the company profit allocated according to salary and service.
Pension Scheme
Upon joining you are given the option of either having Trayport contribute 6% on top of your salary to a pension fund of your choice or taking a 5% salary uplift.
Life Insurance
From your first day you will be entitled to benefit from Trayport's Death in Service policy which would pay out three times your basic salary if you were to pass away while employed at Trayport.
Healthcare & Travel Insurance
The company will pay for you to join a private health & travel insurance scheme, and you can choose to add family members at reduced rates.
Holiday
You can take 25 days per annum pro rata, plus English Bank/Public Holidays, and unpaid leave on request.
Placement Referral Scheme
If you successfully introduce a new staff member to Trayport you will be entitled to a referral award, currently £2,000.
Gym Membership
Trayport will pay for your membership of our local gym.
“Work from Home” Resources
You will be entitled to receive a brand new desktop computer and we will pay the cost of a broadband connection.
“Cycle to Work” Scheme
As part of a government scheme, you may purchase a bike up to the value of £1,000, with the cost taken out of your gross salary - reducing the amount of Tax and NI paid.
CAF Give As You Earn Scheme
Trayport is registered with Charities Aids Foundation (CAF) and offer Give As You Earn to anyone who would like to take part in tax-free giving.
Season Ticket Loan
To help you pay for your travel to work, Trayport have a Season Ticket Loan Scheme to allow all UK employees to obtain an interest free loan of up to £4,000 to pay for your annual travel season ticket.
Eye Tests
We will reimburse you for the cost of your eye test through the normal expenses process. If the optometrist recommends that you require glasses as a result of working on display screen equipment, we’ll make a £100 contribution towards the glasses up to once every two years.
Return to Work Bonus
Mums currently on maternity leave and those mums-to-be who have been working continually at Trayport for 3 years or more on the date her maternity leave commences are entitled to receive a Return to Work bonus. This bonus will be calculated on 10% of her annual return-to-work salary.
