WHAT DO WE DO TO SUPPORT AND GROW OUR CULTURE?
Once recruited, we have a comprehensive induction and training programme. This programme aims to give exposure to Trayport's markets, products, role specific areas and to all of our Functions across the business. We want all of our employees to feel that they are supported and given the guidance they need, which is why we have implemented management training so we can get the best out of everyone.
We mentor our new starters during their Initial Period (first six months of employment) by having monthly line manager reviews, to provide a forum for two-way feedback. Our development reviews happen annually, and this is a great opportunity to set personal development goals.
We have a flexible working environment with an excellent array of benefits. Our social committee organise some amazing evenings out, including treasure hunts, casino events, a summer barbeque and weekends away which have included trips to Barcelona, Malta and Palma.
