Trayport has experienced a phenomenal growth over the past couple of years but despite this growth, we have maintained a small company feel and we are proud that Trayport is a place where everyone will know your name! Our relaxed, open-plan environment brings out the best in our employees, and we pride ourselves on our professionalism.

Once recruited, we have a comprehensive induction and training programme. This programme aims to give exposure to Trayport’s markets, products, role specific areas and to all of our Functions across the business. We want all of our employees to feel that they are supported and given the guidance they need, which is why we have implemented management training so we can get the best out of everyone.
We mentor our new starters during their Initial Period (first six months of employment) by having monthly line manager reviews, to provide a forum for two-way feedback. Our development reviews happen annually, and this is a great opportunity to set personal development goals.
We have a flexible working environment with an excellent array of benefits. Our social committee organise some amazing evenings out, the past year have included a treasure hunt, a casino evening, a BBQ, and the whole company were even lucky enough to have been jetted off to Malta in the Summer of 2010 for a weekend away!
