My role as Office Support Administrator is hybrid in that I deal with looking after general office duties and, more recently, recruitment administration. It enables me to interact with people at each point in the employee lifecycle; from prospective candidates to current colleagues from all areas of the business.
I’m the Recruitment Manager with the aim of trying to attract the best possible candidates to Trayport. This involves making sure all prospective employees and new starters receive an amazing experience while working with the business to help define the types of people we need. My role also gets me involved in other facets of what the People team do like our thorough Induction programme and Graduate programme.
As the HR Manager I look after the day-to-day running of the HR function, including providing guidance on our processes and supporting our people managers. I am also involved with some of our exciting People initiatives such as our induction programme, personal development planning and talent development.
