EEX optimises Market Access via Trayport® GlobalVisionSM Portal

GlobalVision Portal increases connectivity and reduces cost for EEX customers – Communicator software replaced by GlobalVision Portal

 

London, 9th November 2011  Trayport today announced that improved connectivity will be available between EEX and its trading participants through the use of Trayports GlobalVision Portal from the 28 November 2011. The new connectivity using GlobalVision Portal replaces Universal Communicator and reduces the complexity for any members using Trayport’s Trading Gateway.

Currently EEX customers have to regularly install and adjust software which allows EEX prices to be displayed on traders screens. The GlobalVision portal considerably reduces this complexity by providing a central connection to EEX for access to the market.
